Compass is a prevention and stabilization program that serves at-risk youth ages 12 to 23 in Rutland County. Our program supports youth and families in developing well-being, education and employment, permanent connections, and stable living environments as youth transition to adulthood.

    Compass Points the Way for a Brighter Future

    Dakota was first referred to Easterseals VT’s Compass program last summer by his advisor at Vermont Adult Learning when he stopped taking classes to pursue his high school diploma. Faced with an unstable living situation and no employment or identification, he needed extra support to achieve his goals.
