Serving Vermont's Children And Families

Throughout the State of Vermont, Easterseals VT is dedicated to helping children and families. We work collaboratively with the Vermont Department of Children and Families to assist households that seek healthy attachments, trauma repair, and permanency, delivering services that change lives and communities for the better.

Among the programs we offer are:

  • Child and Family Support, helping parents to create wellbeing for their children through referrals with the Vermont Department of Children and Families;
  • Balanced and Restorative Justice, guiding at-risk youth to become productive members of society;
  • Intensive Family-Based Services, supporting families in establishing stability and safety at home;
  • Youth Development, assisting youth formerly in foster care make the successful transition to independent adulthood;
  • Post Permanency, providing additional support for families formed by adoption or guardianship.

    Easterseals NH is committed to providing stable, affordable, and accessible housing solutions for some of the state’s most vulnerable populations. Two of our centers of excellence addressing these critical housing needs include Champlin Place in Rochester for seniors and our new Military & Veterans Campus in Franklin for service members, veterans, and their families.

    Camping / Camp Sno-Mo

    Sno-Mo campers are amazing youth ages 11 to 21 who have disabilities. Some use a wheelchair, some have autism or need help joining a group, and others need special nutritional or medical help.     Residential & Educational Services

    When a child has significant developmental, behavioral, and or intellectual disabilities, parents and caregivers can be challenged to meet needs at home without assistance. Easterseals NH Gammon Academy is where to turn for a solution that benefits the child and the whole family.

    Collaborate closely with the Department for Children and Families and parents striving to establish safety for their children in an effort to help families create well-being for their children.
