Easterseals NH & VT Appoints Linda Uliva James of White River Junction to Board

Manchester, NH, February 12, 2024– Easterseals NH & VT has appointed Linda Uliva James to the Board of Directors. James was most recently the Policy and Operations Manager for the Vermont Department for Children and Families.

“We are very pleased that Linda James has joined the Easterseals NH & VT board,” said Maureen Beauregard, President and CEO. “Her many years of service to children in Vermont and New Hampshire gives her special insight to the work our organization does to build strong families and enable children of all abilities to live their lives to their fullest potential.”

A licensed clinical social worker for the state of Vermont, James worked for the Department for Children and Families (DCF) for more than a decade, serving as the district director in Hartford from 2007 to 2017. From 2017 until her retirement in 2022, she was the policy and operations manager for DCF’s Family Services in Waterbury, VT, overseeing multiple districts and program staff encompassing investigations, child and youth justice services, and permanency planning.

JAMES NAMED TO EASTERSEALS NH & VT BOARD – Easterseals NH & VT has appointed Linda Uliva James to the Board of Directors. James was most recently the Policy and Operations Manager for the Vermont Department for Children and Families, where she served for more than a decade.  She is a resident of White River Junction, VT.

Before joining DCF, James was a pediatric continuing care manager at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH, providing case management services to families with complex psycho-social and behavioral issues.
