Each year, our team collectively completes more than 2,000 hours of training, ensuring we stay at the forefront of best practices.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our Clinical team, gaining therapeutic insights and hands-on guidance to support your work. With over 100 team members across Vermont, you’ll be part of a community that values learning, reflection, and teamwork — all in service of creating meaningful change for families.
