Why Support Easterseals VT Over the Edge?
Easterseals VT is an independent non-profit formed in 1985 by Vermont residents who identified gaps in services in our local communities. While we are proud to carry the name of the national organization, Easterseals, which has a 100-year tradition of providing quality services for children with disabilities or special needs, Easterseals VT runs independently. Our mission and services, as well as all financials and fundraising, are determined and fully managed at the local level. We rely on state and community funding, including the generosity of individual donors and businesses, to ensure our unique services are accessible to more than 1,940 children and their families who receive assistance annually.
